The Bandar-log, or Monkey People, are minor antagonists in Disney's The Jungle Book. They roam the ruins of an ancient city, and are ruled by King Louie. The Bandar-log first appear near the end of the song The Bare Necessities, spying on Mowgli. Shortly afterward, they abduct him, although Baloo tries to rescue him.
