The Fusion OA Plus and Fusion Lateral OA Plus knee brace provides patients with medial or lateral compartment off-loading for uni-compartmental osteoarthritis. Osteoarthritis of the knee is a condition in which the cartilage degenerates overtime causing narrowing of the joint space. When this happens the bones of the joint will begin to rub together resulting in pain, swelling, stiffness and decrease mobility. The off-loading knee brace is designed to off set the joint to increase joint space when wearing the brace.
