The new ONNA by Halfsumo collection is here - Especially designed for the modern day female samurai, the ONNA collection features the right mix of form and function, with unique Halfsumo style Irezumi designs and the perfect fit for demanding full contact sports. 

The Onna-bugeisha (女武芸者, female martial artist) was a legendary type of female warrior belonging to the Japanese nobility. These women engaged in battle alongside the samurai, and were unmatched in their speed and dexterity. With the use of their sharp blades they would dispatch easily of enemies of all sizes.

At this point we usually talk about the design features and the unique artwork reproduced on the garment, but for the new Sports Bra we want to talk instead about the fit. For over a year we have sampled many shapes and forms in a tireless pursuit to achieve the optimal bra that could functionally support the body through extensive and demanding training sessions.

Through the use of high quality materials and non intrusive stitching we were able to develop a sports bra that is not only functional, but extremely comfortable.

The hand drawn Irezumi style drawings have been reproduced with high fidelity on moisture wicking poly-spandex blend for increased breath-ability and feel. All graphics are sublimated to insure all art details are properly reproduced with no fading whatsoever.

Premium fit and feel, fits true to size, if you are in general a size M, go ahead and order a size M.

Athlete #2 - 5’6” 125lbs - Light Athletic Build - chose a size S
