This tall form is one of Nearly Me's most versatile, and has a tapered upper section for a more natural transition to chest. Comes in a sturdy protective box that can be kept for easy storage. Made of silicone with polyurethane exterior.

  • Gel form is silicone and encased in a thin polyurethane film for durability and soft feel.
  • Materials give form natural movement.
  • Nipple protrudes from form for a better anatomical match.
  • Contoured back fits comfortably against the body no matter which direction you place it. Can be turned to the side for easier wear with strapless fashions.
  • Adheres to the breast area with the use of adhesive tape.
  • One breast form.
  • Made in the USA.
  • Try 17-036 if you prefer polyurethane foam.
