We are a traditional Yoga studio who\u0027s mission is to bring authentic Yoga back to it\u0027s former glory.\u000A\u000AWe teach posture, breath and meditation with the aim to guide people towards self improvement that will lead to a fulfilled life.\u000A\u000AThis is not a gym, we do not emphasise fitness. Here we value mental and physical stability over flexability and strength.\u000A\u000AThere is always pose variations and props to assist anyone with physical limitations, as well as classes that just focus on breath or meditation.\u000A\u000AAnyone can do Yoga, and everyone will benefit from Yoga.
