At Namastusik, we practice Naked Yoga and allow ourselves to embark on a journey within, in order to discover our true nature, heal our deepest emotional wounds and rediscover just how amazing we truly are. The naked yoga classes were created by Nemo out of years of experience and practice and are based on honesty, truth and meeting our authentic self, without our regular masks and disguises. The class is a combination of yoga, meditation and emotional healing and is transformative as a one time experience or as a regular practice.
