- For best results, clean and dry your breasts
- Remove protective film backing
- Line-up the nipple guard with your nipple center and apply
- After use, simply hand wash in warm water with a mild soap
- Let air-dry face down
- Once dry, replace protective film on back. If you don't have protective film, you can use any for of plastic wrap
