This actually better centralizes the rearward pull at the bottom of the garment.which you will find is the REAL KEY to the success of the support. Personally I put on a pair of thin biker shorts or ladies support garment ( you didn't hear that from me.hehe), lay on my back & FULLY suppress ( with both the shorts & support on ), then position the support as low as possible in the frontpull the straps together in the middle, tuck them between your cheeks & pull the belt up as high & taught as possible in the rear..voila!your are now Superman!.but with girly underwear on.hmmm, did I say they're kinda cool? This thing really does the best jobplease try itfor your own sanity.
